3 – Emphasis on participatory activities
4 – Integrated behavioral insights, a cornerstone of effective change adoption.

OD’s impact hasn’t ended. It will continue it’s influence in the following ways:
– Increasing organizational adaptability,
– Influencing digital transformation,
– Focus on employee well-being
