Many people are great problem solvers, which is great.

However, when we jump to the solution space too early it can lead to gaps in understanding and requirements.

Let’s take sufficient time understanding the context of the current and past context, and future aspirations before we focus on the solution.

Ask more questions to improve your understanding.
