✅ teams collaborate more effectively,
✅ people communicate more openly,
✅ relationships grow deeper.
Building trust is a journey, requiring self-awareness, openness, and a willingness to grow AND a powerful tool for this journey is the Johari Window.
The four quadrants of the Johari Window represent different aspects of self-awareness and interpersonal understanding:
☑ Open Area (Arena) – Known to self and others.
☑ Blind Area – Known to others but not to self.
☑ Hidden Area (Façade) – Known to self but not others.
☑ Unknown Area – Unknown to both self and others.
The real trick is to expand the Open Area at the expense of the Blind and Hidden Areas.
This will foster transparency, understanding, and ultimately, trust.
