Connecting Changes Everything.
As we lead change, we need to clearly communicate the what and why’s of the change. Then we need to listen to and address feedback, questions, concerns, and suggestions. Rinse and repeat.
Communication is a two-way street. Share and listen. Doing both changes everything.
Communicate early and often during a change.
