The real problem [with making successful organizational changes] is when leaders plan and roll out major changes in ways that create inertia, apathy, and opposition. Rick Maurer.

The first step to solving a problem is awareness.

☑ Take time to explain the What and Why of change. Then repeat.

☑ Remember change adoption takes time. Your schedule is probably too short to do it successfully.

Have you every seen inertia, apathy, or opposition to changes you have initiated?
