Then, it might be time to look at your methods and attention to the “changees” (the recipients of the changes).
☑ Engage them earlier.
☑ Take time to explain the What and Why of change. Then repeat.
☑ Remember change adoption takes time. Your schedule is probably too short to do it successfully.
