3. Knowledge: What individuals know and understand about a situation or context can guide their behavior. Knowledge helps people make informed choices.
These three things are interconnected in shaping how humans behave.
Knowing more about a teammate, colleague, or client will help you better understand why they behave a certain way.
Strive to learn more about their desires, watch their emotions in different situations, and validate what they know.
