Instead of face-to-face real-time meetings, you could try one of the following tools for asynchronous collaboration.
Note: I left email off this list because there are so many others that are more effective.
- Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat
- Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday (dot) com
- Collaborative document editors like Office 365, Google Docs, Notion
- File sharing and cloud storage like Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive
- Wikis to share information
- Messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegraph
- Blogging platforms like WordPress, Blogger and Medium
