üç≥ Outcomes: Clear decision or course of action and next steps.

üç≥ Timing: May be held after problem solving meetings to choose the best course of action among the potential solutions.

Delayed decisions are one of the main reasons projects go off the tracks. Using a structured and consistent process and getting the right people engaged is a best practice.
