üëì Process: Involves collaboratively brainstorming, prioritizing, and selecting the best potential solutions among team members.
üëì Outcomes: Potential solution(s) to a specific problem. It’s good to have more than one option for a later decision.
üëì Timing: Problem Solving is typically held prior to a decision making meeting in order to generate potential solutions or options to be evaluated.
Using a structured approach to problem solving can be useful to find solutions and options quickly, instead of continually seeing the same problems.
