üèÜ Purpose: Make sure you have identified the specific purpose of the meeting that‚Äôs based on the desired meeting outcome.
üèÜ Participants: Who is needed at the meeting to reach the desired outcomes?
üèÜ Process: Design the agenda and activities in the meeting to help the team reach the desired outcome.
üèÜ Practical Concerns: Coordinate the meeting logistics effectively.
üèÜ Problems: Think through the upcoming meeting and identify potential problems and define ground rules to avoid or minimize them.
