Here are the 5 P’s of meeting preparation.

🏆 Purpose: Make sure you have identified the specific purpose of the meeting that’s based on the desired meeting outcome.

🏆 Participants: Who is needed at the meeting to reach the desired outcomes?

🏆 Process: Design the agenda and activities in the meeting to help the team reach the desired outcome.

🏆 Practical Concerns: Coordinate the meeting logistics effectively.

🏆 Problems: Think through the upcoming meeting and identify potential problems and define ground rules to avoid or minimize them.
