I will be presenting this topic based on my experiences and learnings from the AJ&Smart #Workshopper #Masterfacilitation course and community I began engaging with in 2022. Here are a few of the topics:

1. Facilitation as a skill of the future
2. Common meeting challenges
3. The group dynamics of a decision making process
4. Facilitation techniques you can use in your meetings

This presentation will be the first of two sessions on this topic. The second half will be presented on March 14 from Noon-1:00pm EST. Hold the date!
