What are your team’s excuses for not executing a lesson learned or retrospective for your project?
From my experience, there are probably many.
Too busy. No time. Don’t want to stop momentum. Limited budget.
Honestly, I’ve used some of these too in the past.
BUT the value we gain from pausing to reflect, learn, and take action is too great to continue making these excuses.
I love the line from Dave Westgarth. Why change the light bulb? Our eyes are getting used to the dark.
