There are 7 types of meetings: Today we will explore Problem Solving meetings.

üëì Purpose: Identify and address challenges and find solutions to difficult problems. make sure you are addressing the real underlying problem. [This is üîë].

üëì Focus: Broad, may involve exploring a range of possible solutions or approaches.

üëì Process: Involves collaboratively brainstorming, prioritizing, and selecting the best potential solutions among team members.

üëì Outcomes: Potential solution(s) to a specific problem. It’s good to have more than one option for a later decision.

üëì Timing: Problem Solving is typically held prior to a decision making meeting in order to generate potential solutions or options to be evaluated.

Using a structured approach to problem solving can be useful to find solutions and options quickly, instead of continually seeing the same problems.
