Friday Fun Fact: Did you know that today is World Creativity and Innovation Day?

This day was first recognized by the United Nations as a day to highlight the importance of applying creativity and innovation to problem-solving.

This fits perfectly in with my LinkedIn headline which reads “On a journey to increase innovation and creativity in project management”

Creativity and Innovation are directly linked. Creativity is like planting a seed in your mind. Innovation is like taking care of that seed, watering it and giving it sunlight, so that it can grow into a beautiful flower that you can enjoy.

Without creativity, there would be no seed, and without innovation, the seed would never grow into its full potential.
